I’m Simon Lader. I have helped software vendors grow their sales and presales teams since I joined the recruitment industry in 1997. I am passionate about startups and early stage businesses. Also in how industry leaders grow their companies and develop world-class, high performing teams. I love learning from outside the industry and applying those examples to industry situations.
I love telling stories. And that is why you will find a ton of content in this blog. Topics and subjects range from silly to inspiring anecdotes which I’ve experienced myself, quick lists of things, tips and helpful guides, to long and informative discussions. You will find content on recruitment, its nitty gritty details and processes, and some hiring strategies and lessons I’ve learned from different situations I’ve been in.
