Built on a single conviction: that cybersecurity talent deserved a recruiter who actually understood the world they worked in. The firm operates in stealth through its first year, building the network and the methodology that would define everything that followed.
Salisi goes public with a focused proposition that still defines us today: Go-To-Market talent for cybersecurity vendors, and nothing else. In a market where most recruiters claimed to do everything, the specialisation was a statement.
Years before content marketing became a buzzword in recruitment, Salisi was putting itself on camera. The 2008 corporate video is a genuine artefact from the early days — and evidence that the ambition was always bigger than the headcount.
Six years in, the brand gets its first significant overhaul — reflecting a more mature firm with deeper market relationships and a growing reputation in the cybersecurity GTM community.
The North American cybersecurity market was exploding, and Salisi's clients were increasingly on both sides of the Atlantic. Salisi USA brings the same specialist GTM focus to one of the world's most competitive talent markets.

A new visual identity for a firm that had grown far beyond its original footprint — updated to reflect the depth, scale, and international reach Salisi had built over 16 years.
The knowledge layer arrives. Salisi Academy gives cybersecurity hiring teams and candidates the frameworks, intelligence and tools they need to make better decisions — whether or not they're currently working with Salisi on a search.
The GTM function in cybersecurity had evolved — and so had Salisi. As security companies matured, the talent needs around the CRO expanded: engineering leaders, sales operations, and customer success all became part of the conversation.
As part of the 2026 ecosystem launch, the Salisi Referral Partner Network gives the Salisi community a structured way to refer great companies — and earn meaningful commissions on every successful placement. A new revenue stream for our network, built on the trust we've spent two decades earning.
To mark twenty years, Salisi rebrands as Salisi Executive Search, launches Salisi Select as a performance-based recruitment offering, and brings all five brands together under the Salisi Human Capital ecosystem. What began as a small boutique firm in the UK is now an international platform — and we're just getting started.
